    Location: We welcome applications from those looking for hybrid working, based 2 days (Monday/Tuesday ) in our Handforth (Cheshire) Office.Contract: 6 Months About the role As a Local Marketing Manager, you will work on a hybrid basis from our Support Office in Handforth (Cheshire) and you will be responsible for creating and implementing regional and local marketing plans that align with our long-term strategy, annual marketing plan and partner growth ambitions. Working closely with our Business Development Partners, you will act as a general marketer and "quasi agency," tailoring marketing plans to the changing needs of our practice portfolio. Key Responsibilities - What you'll be doing Planning and delivering local and community marketing activity Developing bespoke marketing plans for priority practices Developing and designing toolkits and marketing resources for the practice owners use to drive community engagement and client visits Supporting Business Development Partners in fostering strong partnerships with Practice Owners providing expert advice, analysing their needs and communicating results Collaborating with the wider Marketing team, leveraging their specialised skills when required Acting as a key point of contact with our local media agency, identifying innovative ways to reach local community audiences Generating insightful reporting and analysis, including Return On Investment (ROI), campaign performance, engagement & conversion patterns and website/app traffic in order to drive informed decision-making Continuously analysing campaign and activity performance, adopting a test-and-learn approach across all activities About You - What you'll bring to the role Hands-on experience in local marketing across the marketing mix Resilient and tenacious with a proven track record of delivering impactful marketing activations at a local level Commercially astute, able to generate demonstrable results through effective marketing activities A team player with strong collaboration skills, capable of building relationships with various stakeholders Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at multiple level Knowledge and experience across owned, earned and paid marketing channels, particularly digital and social media marketing Ideally, experience in local marketing, account management and working across a multi-site operation with local business stakeholders We take our inspiration from pets in embracing people from all walks of life, and we value, respect and celebrate difference.
