We’re looking for a talented Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to join our in-house Design Team and help elevate our brand presence across multiple platforms.About the RoleAs a Mid-Weight Graphic Designer, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Head of Design and Senior Designer to deliver high-quality creative work across all areas of the business. From brochures and exhibition graphics to social media assets and video animations, you’ll be involved in a wide range of projects that support our marketing campaigns and product launches.You’ll work closely with colleagues across Marketing, Buying, and Regulatory teams, ensuring all artwork is on-brand, compliant, and delivered to deadline. Operate as a ‘second in command’ to the Design Team manager. Coordinate artwork requests for UK and international product labelling and support materials. Produce high-quality artwork and liaise with technical, NPD, and international marketing teams. Create a range of offline and online design collateral. Amend or create print-ready artwork using Adobe software on Mac. Ensure packaging/labels comply with statutory requirements. Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing. Uphold brand guidelines across all marketing areas. Liaise with external agencies and suppliers. Occasional Duties Work additional hours as needed. Attend staff meetings and training sessions. Travel to other sites as required. Perform other duties as requested by the Head of Marketing. Personal Attributes 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Adept in digital design. Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Strong creative and copywriting skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Organizational and time management skills. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Common sense and proactive attitude. Ability to multi-task and work flexibly. Enthusiastic and a team player.
