    An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join a friendly and highly respected West London veterinary hospital.
    As the welcoming face of the clinic, you'll be the first point of contact for clients - greeting pets with a smile (and a well-deserved fuss!) while providing outstanding service and support to their owners.
    The role consists of 40 hours per week with 1 in 3 weekends (TOIL given for weekends worked), working in a vibrant, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will be working with a supportive, close-knit team of vets, nurses, and support staff who truly value their reception team.     The Day to Day:
    Welcoming clients and pets to the practice with warmth and professionalism Scheduling appointments, managing arrivals, and coordinating follow-ups Helping clients with healthcare plans and treatment queries Processing payments and finance applications Liaising with the clinical team to support smooth patient care Managing a busy reception desk, phone calls, emails, and even social media pages Keeping records up to date and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks About You:

    As Senior Nurse, you’ll also lead on nurse training—supporting apprentices, running nursing clinics, and acting as a designated Clinical Coach. Your clinical knowledge will be drawn on for everything from diagnostic workups and radiography to lab work and inpatient rounds.
