    You'll join a large, progressive clinical team of around 18 vets, including several advanced practitioners, who combine high-level surgical work with a supportive, down-to-earth environment. The caseload is varied and stimulating, ideal for someone wanting to refine or expand their capabilities in soft tissue and orthopaedics.
    The role is primarily hospital-based, with one weekly operating day at a nearby branch, giving you a refreshing balance of pace, responsibility, and continuity.
    This position would suit an experienced vet with a PgC or equivalent in surgery, or someone who is close to completing one. Experience in orthopaedics (particularly TPLO and patella luxation) is ideal, but there is mentorship where needed from the hospital's Surgical Director and senior colleagues.
    You'll also take appropriate surgical referrals, all within a clear remit and with strong clinical support.
