The successfulArea Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager shall work fully remote, covering the Midlands and the Northwest, responsible for developing new business and managing existing key accounts withConsultants, Contractors, and indirectly via panel builders / distributors and OEM customers to exceed the annual area sales targetfor control panel components such as cable systems, circuit breakers, current transformers, switchgear, circuit protection, industrial connectors, PLCs, power supplies, and other electrical / electronic related products.
The Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager will ideally have a proven background selling or servicing electrical engineering products, components, or systems. Full product training provided.

Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager Role
Responsible for developing new business and managing existing key accounts withConsultants, Contractors, and indirectly via panel builders / distributors and OEM customers to exceed the annual area sales targetfor control panel components such as cable systems, circuit breakers, current transformers, switchgear, circuit protection, industrial connectors, PLCs, power supplies, and other electrical / electronic related products.Will provide a consultative sales approach, including technical support, product specifications, and demonstration of all electronic related products and components.Will be responsible for targeting OEM customers within the electrical engineering industry such as Panel Builders, Machine Builders, System Integrators and a number of distributors.Work remotely, visiting customers across the Midlands and Northwest to ensure customer requirementsLiaise with various Engineering departments
Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager Requirements
Experience as a Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager / Sales Manager / Key Account Manager / Business Development Manager / Internal Sales Engineer / Sales Executive or similar within an Electrical / Electronic environment, or related technical engineering industry.Experience selling a technical engineering product related to the electrical / electronics industry such as generators, UPS, transformers, PLCs, motors, industrial automation, temperature control, cable and wiring solutions, testing and measurement equipment, and or similar technical engineering products.Electrical / Electronic Service Engineers with experience of PLCs, switchgear, circuit breakers, connectors, transformers, control panels etc looking to progress into a commercial sales role are strongly advised to apply.A technicalelectricalengineering qualification isadvantageous.Determination, enthusiasm, and motivation to succeed and grow with a reputable electrical engineering supplierWill be willing to travel across the Midlands and Northwest of the UK

TheService Engineer / Field Service Technician / Generator Engineerrole
Carry out service and preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis, testing and repairs on various generators and associated electrical/mechanicalcritical power equipment.
Maintain and service critical power supply equipment and associated electrical equipment, mainly generators in a wide variety of commercial and industrial sites across the South of the UK.
Carry out load bank testing, site surveys, inspections, fault finding, repairs and testing of generator sets and associated generator equipment.
Carry out installation, commissioning, servicing, maintenance, fault diagnosis to generators and critical power equipment.
Liaise with various engineering departments.
Full product training provided.
TheService Engineer / Field Service Technician / Generator EngineerRequirements
Experience as a Service Engineer, Electrical Engineer, UPS Engineer, Generator Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Field Service Engineer, Service Technician or similar.
Field Service background in electrical and/or mechanical engineering generators.
Solid understanding and experience within critical power applications such as LV control panels, electrical distribution, power electronics, electrical installation, generators or similar.
Full UK driving license.
Flexible for Overtime/part of the on-call rota.
BS7671 (18th Edition) Wiring Regulations, ECS/CSCS Card would be desirable qualifications & experience.
A technical electrical/ mechanical engineering qualification, Apprentice trained, HNC, HND, degree or would be advantageous.
