Dayforce Product Specialist Outside IR35 Day rate negotiable This role is to support the stabilisation, optimisation, and embedding of the Dayforce platform following a recent Group-wide implementation. The role will focus on system configuration, continuous improvement, and controlled deployment of changes within an integrated HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Workforce Management environment. Experience Required Significant hands-on experience configuring Dayforce (Ceridian) in a complex, integrated environment Strong understanding of HRIS, Payroll, and Workforce Management processes Proven track record of deploying configuration changes safely within live environments Experience managing impacts across integrated systems (e.g. Finance, Benefits platforms) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-pressure post-implementation environment Experience supporting large-scale HR system implementations or stabilisation phases Familiarity with data migration, interfaces, and system integrations GWV Talent Solutions Limited (trading as Gerrard White Consulting and Vermelo RPO) acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary and contract workers.
