This role will be instrumental in positioning Vantage Data Centers as the partner of choice for Clouds, high tech enterprise, AI-native, high-performance computing, and GPU-intensive workloads. As a key member of the EMEA sales team, you will actively contribute to the development and execution of Vantage’s leasing strategy across the region.Key Responsibilities:· Direct and lead sales, business development, and marketing efforts for a set of target accounts, focusing on market competitiveness, pricing strategies, and implementing value-based solution sales.· Target and develop strategic relationships across multiple contact points with target account, understanding their infrastructure needs and positioning Vantage as the preferred partner for their compute environments across EMEA.· Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships at the senior executive level with C-suite decision-makers and other key stakeholders to drive commercial opportunities and close deals.· Lead bid strategy and oversee sales responses to client requirements.· Actively engage with prospects, partners, and existing clients to nurture leads and expand the sales pipeline.· Drive the company’s achievement of customer acquisition and revenue goals, providing annual sales and marketing strategies and account plans with regular updates and modifications.· Research and develop strategic marketing opportunities and new project initiatives, evaluating sales effectiveness, methods, and results.· Manage sales and marketing budgets effectively, represent the company at industry events, and collaborate with the executive team to develop long-term account and market penetration plans.· Serve as a role model for the Vantage Way and Company Values, promoting a culture of collaboration, respect, and excellence.Qualifications:· Sales experience with a minimum of 5 years in the EMEA region, demonstrating a track record of negotiating multi-million dollar contracts successfully. Direct Data Center sales experience is preferred, but a role that has overlapped with data centers would be considered.· Ideally, you will have either direct data center experience or a background in infrastructure telecommunications.
