    Valoris Group is supporting a fast-growing renewable energy provider in the appointment of a Solar Sales Representative. This is a high-energy, customer-facing sales role focused on in-home consultations, demonstrating energy-saving solutions and battery storage systems. All appointments are pre-qualified and booked for you. No cold calling is required. Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement Attend pre-booked appointments in customers homes Conduct professional consultations and product demonstrations Advise customers on solar, battery storage, and energy-saving solutions Deliver a high-quality, consultative sales experience Sales Pipeline Management Manage and progress all provided leads through to completion Qualify opportunities and close sales effectively Maintain accurate records of client interactions and outcomes via CRM systems Sales Reporting Track individual performance against agreed targets Provide regular updates on activity, conversions, and outcomes Support ongoing improvements to sales processes and conversion rates Collaboration Work closely with marketing, customer support, and installation teams Ensure smooth handover from sale to installation Contribute to a strong customer journey and positive client experience Administrative Responsibilities CRM and Data Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records Ensure timely follow-ups and accurate sales documentation Sales Administration Support with preparing sales documentation and contracts Assist with scheduling appointments and managing client communications Maintain organised records of sales activity and documentation Meeting Coordination Support internal and external meeting scheduling when required Prepare basic agendas and supporting materials Experience and Requirements Proven experience in a sales environment, ideally within renewables or a related sector Confident, professional communication skills, both verbal and written Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Experience using CRM systems and basic Microsoft Office tools preferred Full UK driving licence Willingness to travel for client meetings as required (approximately 10 to 20 percent) Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable managing workload independently Key Competencies Customer-focused with a consultative approach Target-driven with a strong closing ability Adaptable and responsive to changing priorities Collaborative team player Incentives and Benefits OTE circa £3,000 to £5,000 per week Structured professional development within a rapidly growing renewable energy sector Application
