    Seaton House, the newest 5-star luxury resort in St Andrews, is looking for a Concierge to play a key role in our front office team. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape the guest experience at one of Scotland's most anticipated openings.First impressions are everything and you will set the tone for every guest's stay. With a genuinely warm welcome, you'll be ready with answers to any questions and happy to offer information about hotel services, facilities and the local area. Anything to help make their visit that bit more special.We are looking for authentic people who can make genuine connections with guests.As Concierge you will be deal with a range of guest requests. You will be confident communicating as the local area knowledge expert. You will know not only the popular attractions but also the hidden gems.Working closely and communicating with all departments to put the guest at ease during their stay.You will need to have great attention to detail, be a confident people person with strong communication skills in order to succeed in this role.We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required.
