What you'll do Support the Head of Family in developing and expanding the family law practice offerings Contribute to the design and refinement of legal content, workflows, and precedents within the platform Review and support the prompt engineer to create the prompt library Help draft and refine the precedents within the Family Law area, to ensure they best suit customer needs Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and innovation within family law workflows Stay up to date with developments in family law and ensure content reflects current legislation and practice What you'll bring Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 5 years PQE in family law (ideally Associate or Senior Associate level) Strong technical expertise across a broad range of family law matters (ideally in public and private law children matters, and legal aid) Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work Excellent drafting and analytical skills A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently An ability to work collaboratively with the prompt engineer to create targeted prompts and analyse the output Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with non-legal teams Enthusiasm for legal technology and improving how legal services are delivered Desirable: Experience developing precedents, templates, or legal know-how resources Exposure to legal tech, document automation, or case management systems Interest or experience in innovation, process improvement, or legal operations Experience working across both contentious and non-contentious family matters Previous involvement in training, mentoring, or knowledge sharing within a team
