    Key Requirements & Technical Criteria To be successful in this role, candidates must possess demonstrable experience in the following core areas: Credit Card & Payment Terminals TMS Calls: Proven understanding of Terminal Management System (TMS) calls, host communications, and initial payment terminal setup/maintenance.

    Payment Kiosks: Experience diagnosing and servicing integrated credit card readers, chip-and-pin units, or unattended payment hardware.

    Hands-on Networking Basics IP Setup & Connectivity: Ability to configure basic IP addresses, subnetting, and network settings on hardware components.

    Cabling & Hardware: Direct experience with cable crimping (RJ45/Cat5e/Cat6), patch panel connections, neat cabling containment, and connecting network switches (e.g., Moxa industrial switches).

    Electrical Safety Electrical Isolation: Safe isolation of low-voltage systems and mains power supplies before carrying out maintenance or component replacement.

    Comfort reading basic wiring diagrams and using multi-meters/test tools safely around power supplies.

    Desirable Experience (Strong Advantage) While full product training is provided, candidates with prior experience in any of the following will be prioritized: Barriers & Access Control: Servicing or installing automated car park barriers, gate systems, or access controllers.

    Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm The Role This position focuses on carrying out periodic electrical inspections and compliance assessments across a broad range of occupied and vacant premises.
