    March 2027We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic marketer with at least two years’ experience working on multi-channel campaigns be the voice of the student journey. You will play a pivotal role in getting students from browsing to enrolling. This is a high-impact role where you’ll be at the heart of our student recruitment marketing team, crafting the messages that inspire the next generation of students. The Role: Crafting the Journey: Designing and delivering vibrant multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, and direct mail for the 2026, 2027 and 2028 recruitment cycles. The "Big Moments": Coordinating the buzz around our Open Days and on the front line during the fast-paced, high-stakes Clearing period. Creative Collaboration: Working with our design team to pull together our Undergraduate Prospectus: sourcing the best quotes, images, and student stories to bring our campus to life. Data Driving: Diving into report tools to extract insights, analyse trends, and make smart recommendations that keep our campaigns ahead of the curve. About You:
    We are looking for a marketer with at least two years of experience who is ready to hit the ground running. You’ll need: Digital Savvy: Proven experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms. A Way with Words: Exceptional copywriting skills and the ability to adapt your tone for different audiences (from nervous applicants to supportive parents). An Analytical Mind: You enjoy seeing the "why" behind the "what" and can use data to tell a story. Organisation Skills: You’re a planner who can juggle the prospectus, web updates, and live recruitment events without breaking a sweat. Why Chichester?

    The appointed postholder will have a sound understanding of best practice in primary education, as well as a broader understanding of education. An ability to teach across a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes would be preferable. An all-round knowledge of the primary curriculum is therefore needed, with a willingness to develop further in any designated subject area. The role will include developing and implementing modules on our Education and Teacher Education programmes to ensure a high-quality student experience. Your teaching will be informed by a combination of practical experience and/or research, including Virtual Learning Environments (VLEs), and the use of technologies to enhance the learning, assessment of and feedback to our students.
