Flexible hours are available, with contracted hours up to 30 hours per week. With many years of experience, they will guide and support you in building a long-term career in care.Responsibilities of a Care Assistant / Care Worker:Deliver personal care support (bathing, toileting, dressing)Administer medications safely as per guidanceProvide companionship, emotional support, and encourage wellbeingAssist with meal preparation, feeding, and dietary needsSupport with mobility assistance (e.g. transfers to chairs/wheelchairs)Help with light housekeeping and maintain a safe environmentKeep accurate care records and daily observationsRequirements for Care Assistant :Full UK Driving Licence, access to a car, and business insuranceRight to work in the UKA caring, compassionate, and reliable natureStrong communication skills and ability to build relationshipsAbility to work independently and as part of a supportive teamWillingness to work flexible shifts (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)Previous experience in care work, support work, domiciliary care, or home care is desirable but not essential we provide full training
