The role in a nutshell We are accelerating our efforts in international markets, and this role will be a key part of executing our marketing activity. You will be part of the engine room of our Marketing team, executing campaigns across multiple digital channels for our marketing and paid partner campaigns. Your role is to work on specific markets, understanding stakeholder needs, supporting the team, setting up, building, launching and optimising campaigns across different media channels. Day to day responsibilities  Campaign Planning and Set Up Working across multiple teams, set up our campaigns aligned with the commercial objectives, budgets and target audiences, and market trends. Ensure any design and copy assets are suitable and language localisation is relevant Coordinate across teams to check onsite & CRM inventory and calendars to ensure there are no capacity, audience or timing conflicts Check the customer journey is seamless Ensure tracking parameters are in place for reporting Campaign Execution and Optimisation Launch campaigns across various platforms, including our UNiDAYS website & app, CRM (email & push) and paid media (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Google Ads and others). Optimising campaign performance and conversion rates by proactively managing campaigns and making suggestions to relevant teams on further revenue potential.  Where relevant, implement A/B tests to continuously improve campaign performance and key metrics. Conduct daily site checks across all regions to drive a high level of accuracy. Reporting Develop campaign performance reports, highlighting key metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders. Interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, using analytical tools and platforms. Best Practices and Continuous Improvement Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and relay with team members Contribute to the development and evolution of internal best practices, sharing insights and knowledge with the team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights, align strategies, and drive a culture of continuous improvement. The role in a nutshell In your role as Senior Insight Analyst you will support the growth of UNiDAYS by uncovering trends in data and making insight lead recommendations that enable and empower teams to drive improvement in business performance. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders to provide robust insights to all areas of the business, by leading on key analytical projects. The role in a nutshell The Senior Analytics Implementation Engineer will play an important role in supporting UNiDAYS product, engineering and marketing goals through both maintaining and more importantly improving the way we capture digital data (App and Web) at UNiDAYS.
    This role is best suited to those with experience of responsibilities for digital data capture, ideally with exposure to doing so on mobile applications and websites. Day to day you’ll be responsible for correctly measuring our digital journey and features across all, including the implementation of MarTech tags directly but often in collaboration with our engineering teams.
    Beyond day-to-day activity there is an opportunity to take on further responsibility within this role and help to unify and simplify our tracking approach across all platforms enabling us to evolve our tracking estate and supporting our growth aims at UNiDAYS

    Day to day responsibilities  Design & write digital data requirements for digital journeys and features based on the needs of the business and work with engineering teams to ensure their correct implementation (Across all platforms) including QA, UAT and Release Monitoring. The role in a nutshell Reporting into the Head of Partner Operations, you’ll be owning the operational and technical relationships with our large affiliate networks. You’ll be supporting both internal teams (commercial, finance, D&I and Product) as well as partner facing discussions on all topics relating to affiliate networks. You’ll be working closely with commercial, new business and our partners to ensure our integrations support both current and future business requirements. You’ll be proactively reviewing  UNiDAYS ’ tracking with our affiliate networks and key partners to improve the accuracy of our tracking, increase the number of data attributes collected, sharpen visibility on business performance and enable improvements to our financial operations process. Day to day responsibilities  Own the operational and technical relationship with both affiliate networks and UNiDAYS direct partnerships. Developing collaborative relationships with our key affiliate networks to ensure UNiDAYS understands both changes in the industry and also relating to their technical capabilities. Internally you‘ll be seen as the UNiDAYS subject matter expert relating to affiliate network tracking and attribution. When affiliate tracking domain expertise is required you’ll be supporting new business activity as part of the pre-sales partner facing process. As part of this you’ll understand prospective partner requirements and advise on optimal integration approaches. Combining 3rd party insight (i.e. Moonpull) with internal data (i.e. engagement, conversion rate, etc) you’ll work closely with category leaders to proactively identify issues with tracking or potential lost attribution (i.e. cookie issues, App tracking, missing code attribution). Leading affiliate network integration / audit initiatives, identifying areas of potential lost revenue, developing plans to address and driving improvements of UNiDAYS (and our partner’s) tracking integrity. Assisting the commercial teams / partners with their technical queries, troubleshooting their issues, and guiding them through how to best leverage their chosen network in their UNiDAYS integration. Providing partner feedback to product and engineering teams to shape future products.  Establishing regular check-ins with key affiliate networks to discuss integration development and new features that can be utilised to better our offerings to partners and members. Supporting internal teams to increase their own knowledge of how affiliate tracking works more widely across the business. What we need from you Significant experience in working directly with affiliate network technology from a technical and operation perspective. Ideally you’ve worked within a major affiliate network, although we would also consider relevant experience from an advertiser, publisher or agency side. Understand the different approaches partners / networks take to tracking and attribution (including App specific considerations). As well as understand what motivates brands to take each approach. You’ll have partner facing experience and be able to demonstrate a consultative approach to identify issues and opportunities. Working collaboratively to find win/win solutions. You’ll be able to demonstrate an analytics mindset, with experience of looking at complex data and being able to identify trends or abnormalities to inform your approach. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS. You have experience supporting partners with how to integrate and leverage API’s.
