About the Role We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will prepare and serve drinks, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a clean and organized bar environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages to customers. Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders and offering recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area. Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed. Ensure customers are of legal drinking age by checking IDs. Process payments accurately and manage tabs. Assist in opening and closing the bar, ensuring equipment is stored properly. Key Requirements Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role. Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong cash handling and POS system experience. Knowledge of health and safety regulations for alcohol service. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
