    You will be providing Business Partnering support and advisory to the Structural Heart Northwestern Europe, Greece & Israel business director and sales managers in these regions. You will also play a key role managing the investment needs across the Western Europe region.
    You will report to the Director of Finance – Structural Heart & Aortic Europe. You will act as the trusted advisor to the business and support them in defining and executing the business strategy, maximizing the revenue & operating profit line opportunities, delivering on Key Performance Indicators and targets, driving efficiency in operations, adapt new business models where applicable. In this role, you will have a close working relationship with the commercial leaders in UK&I, Benelux, Nordics, Greece, Israel, Swiss Headquarters, Western Europe leadership, local Country Finance as well as the Centers of Excellence.

They demonstrate strong expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness, and excel at building partnerships across global, matrixed organizations.
