As an Internal Account Manager, you’ll act as the central link between customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and delivery. You’ll: Take ownership of key client accounts, building long-term partnerships Work closely with customers to understand their goals, forecasts, and product plans Collaborate daily with production, planning, and technical teams Support new product development (NPD) initiatives with clients Drive account growth through strategic planning and commercial insight Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers Manage regular communication via phone, email, and occasional face-to-face meetings Develop and deliver strategic account plans to grow revenue and profitability Monitor forecasts, volumes, pricing, and overall commercial performance Coordinate internally with operations, production, and technical teams to meet customer needs Support and manage NPD processes, from concept through to delivery Ensure smooth order fulfilment while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Requirements About You You’re someone who: Has experience in internal account management, customer service, or a similar client-facing role Ideally comes from a manufacturing or FMCG background (but not essential) Is highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Builds strong, lasting relationships with ease Thrives in a busy, fast-moving environment and enjoys problem-solving Is commercially aware and confident working with forecasts and account performance Ready to take the next step in your career?
