What We're Looking For: Qualifications A relevant Health and Social Care or healthcare qualification at Level 4 or above. GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent). A teaching qualification, or a willingness to work towards one. Assessor and/or Verifier qualifications, or a willingness to work towards achieving them. Experience Recent vocational or sector experience within a healthcare setting. Experience working in a healthcare or clinical role. Experience of teaching, training, coaching or supporting learners in an educational or professional environment. Evidence of continued professional development and maintaining current industry knowledge. Skills and Attributes Excellent subject knowledge within Health and Social Care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organisational, administrative and IT skills. A flexible, positive and collaborative approach to work. A genuine commitment to supporting learners and promoting their success. An understanding of safeguarding responsibilities and a commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
