    Job FunctionReporting to the Finance Manager, the Accounts Payable Administrator is responsible for the delivery of the full scope of Purchase Ledger activities for allocated companies within the TXO group. The role also provides cover for other group companies' purchase ledgers during periods of staff absence. 
    Core activities include:Setting up new supplier accounts for the TXO sales team, following our internal compliance policies.Daily processing and posting of purchase invoices.Processing and analysing engineer weekly timesheets.Update POR Spreadsheet with Invoice Numbers and CostsMonthly Vehicle costs onto Labour costs spreadsheet and upload into the system.Daily posting and allocation of purchase payments to supplier accounts in the relevant ledgers.Liaison with supplier finance teams, including answering ad-hoc queries and providing relevant information when necessary.Liaison with our sales team (e.g. in respect of payments, processes and ad-hoc queries), ensuring the correct internal procedures are followed and providing appropriate challenge.Periodic review of the creditors aging report and reconciliation of key supplier accounts.Preparation of month end accruals for accountant.Assisting in preparation of information for auditors in a timely manner.

    Job function Reporting to the Head of Process and Operational Excellence, this newly created role supports the coordination, analysis, development, and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, with a strong focus on governance, compliance, and benefits realisation.
    Key responsibilities for this role include supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of continuous improvement projects across the organisation. Provide high-quality administrative and analytical support to ensure the efficient delivery of improvement initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed best practices and promote a culture of operational excellence. Contribute to tracking, reporting, and capturing benefits from process improvements.

    Process Analysis and ImprovementSupport the analysis and mapping of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimisation.Coordinate and support facilitation of continuous improvement workshops, Kaizen events, and problem-solving sessions to drive performance and efficiency.Promote a culture of continuous improvement by embedding Lean thinking and operational excellence principles across the organisation.
    Data and Performance ManagementLead or support structured data collection and analysis to inform decision-making and identify improvement opportunities.Update and maintain performance dashboards and reports that track KPIs, trends, and progress against objectives.Support root cause analyses to identify underlying issues and support of data-driven solutions.Support benefits realisation tracking, capturing both financial and non-financial outcomes of improvement initiatives.

    Project Coordination and Delivery SupportAssist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating events, projects, and improvement activities across the division.Track project progress, monitor milestones, and prepare status reports and updates.Escalate delivery risks, issues, and dependencies to support timely resolution and successful outcomes.Contribute to Lessons Learnt reviews, capturing feedback and supporting the refinement of internal processes and tools.Track project timetables to ensure adequate preparation and delivery time for initiatives.Assist in tracking the financial and non-financial benefits realised from process changes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    Stakeholder Engagement and Administrative SupportProvide high-quality administrative and coordination support, including meeting scheduling, minute taking, and action tracking.Assist in delivering training, guidance, and user support for new workflows and process improvements.Support the preparation of business cases and improvement proposals to secure project approval and sponsorship.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.Perform any other reasonable duties aligned with the scope and capability of the role.

    Job function We are engaging an experienced Telecommunications Engineer on a day-rate contract to support fibre network delivery across UK telecom facilities and data centres. Working with tier 1 telecommunications companies, the contractor will provide hands-on expertise in Optical Distribution Frame installation, fibre management, testing, and fault resolution.
