    Qualifications

    Minimum of 2 years’ experience delivering workplace change and transformation projects.At least 4 years of professional experience following completion of an undergraduate degree.Proven track record of achieving tangible outcomes through the application of business change methodologies.Experience managing programmes and projects within a change or transformation environment.Skilled in engaging and influencing stakeholders within complex and dynamic organisational settings.Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality change and transformation deliverables under tight deadlines.Strong analytical skills, with experience developing insights to inform change strategies and solutions.Formal qualifications in change management or transformation are advantageous.PROSCI Change Management Certification is preferred but not essential.Experience in the construction/ infrastructure sectors.
