    The team operates a hybrid working model, combining remote working with in‑person collaboration where beneficial. This role involves offshore travel; therefore, the post holder must be willing and able to complete required survival training (BOSIET/FOET) and offshore medical certification (OEUK), which will be provided. Offshore visits may involve short‑notice changes, early departures and rotational working patterns. Training delivery may occasionally take place outside standard business hours to align with shift patterns.
