    Joining TUI Airways as Roster Production Executive, you will become part of the team responsible for the planning, rostering & operational delivery of the flying programme for the Cabin Crew of TUI Airways. You will utilise resources as efficiently as possible whilst ensuring flying requirements comply with legal & industrial agreements and that budgetary restrictions are met.
    Once fully trained, we are happy to consider this role on a hybrid working model with flexibility to work remotely. However for certain periods of the Roster Production and for at least some time each week there will be a requirement for you to be in the office.

    Provide robust, efficient and legally compliant cabin crew rostersProduce rosters in accordance with Company Scheduling Agreements Ensure compliance with CAA Company FTL SchemeControl associated costs (hotac, travel and allowances) by ensuring rosters are balanced with respect to work coverage, crew utilisation including lifestyle factors, crew productivity and cost of operation.

    ABOUT YOU
    IT literate with a minimum of O’ Level/GCSE education or equivalent relevant experienceProven experience within an airline Crewing/Rostering environment is desired Previous experience in a customer service based roleUnderstanding of airline legal agreements would be preferableProcess and detail orientated with excellent organisational skillsAbility to work under pressure; assimilate information, determine priorities and make decisions based on sound judgementStrong inter-personal and excellent communication skills, written and oralAbility to work as part of a teamAn enthusiastic ambassador of change who makes suggestions for improvementAn Individual with the drive and ambition to better themselves and an effective change agent.
