Overview and Responsibilities IntroductionTo ensure the safe, accurate, and efficient receipt, storage, movement, and dispatch of materials, goods, and products in support of business operations and customer demand. This role is critical to maintaining the flow of production by ensuring timely booking‑in of incoming inventory, effective kitting and issue of materials to manufacturing, and adherence to all warehouse controls and processes. With increasing inventory volumes planned, the Warehouse Operator will play a key part in sustaining operational throughput, supporting perpetual inventory counting requirements, and maintaining high standards of stock accuracy, compliance, and material availability.Key ResponsibilitiesGate keeper for incoming material to ensure compliance of the booking-in process.

Sort and place material and/or final products within relevant location to organisational standards.

Prepare and ensure delivery of material to support. production in accordance with required schedule, following standards and procedures.
Ensure completion of shortages in timely manner to support continuous process.
Perform periodic stocktake activity and maintain accurate inventory level in accordance with company’s standards and procedures.
Material inventory data integrity – reflecting correct level of inventory in the system. Qualifications, Skills and Attributes Core Requirements, Desirable Skills and ExperienceKnowledge and experience of AS5553, AS9100 and AS9110
Trained in ESD & FOD protocols
NVQ Level 2 or higher in Warehouse and Storage or equivalent
Proven experience of working in a similar role
GCSE/O Level in Maths and English or equivalent
Microsoft office suite experience
