    This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting all aspects of HR administration across the full employee lifecycle, while also getting involved in recruitment, onboarding, and staff engagement initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    The Role:
    As a PI Claims Handler, you'll manage a caseload of personal injury claims, overseeing the process from initial notification through to settlement or resolution. The role requires a balanced mix of legal knowledge, claims experience, and customer service, with a focus on achieving fair and efficient outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities:Assessing and validating personal injury claims against relevant legal and policy criteria.Investigating liability and gathering necessary evidence to support resolution.Negotiating settlements and managing litigation processes where required.Maintaining accurate records, reserves, and documentation throughout the claim's lifecycle.Ensuring all claims are handled in line with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.Liaising with solicitors, insurers, and third parties in a professional and efficient manner.Supporting the wider team with training, compliance, and performance targets.

    Reviewing sale and purchase files to ensure compliance with legal regulations, industry standards, and internal procedures
