TSA Surveying is working with an established multi-disciplinary consultancy is looking to appoint a Building Surveyor to join its expanding team. The opportunity is suited to both Chartered Building Surveyors (MRICS) and candidates progressing towards Chartership, with full support available for APC development. Working across a diverse range of projects, you will provide professional building surveying services from initial inspection through to project completion, delivering practical, high-quality solutions for a varied client portfolio. Key Responsibilities Prepare and submit planning and building regulations applications Produce specifications for tender, carry out tender analysis, and issue reports Support senior staff in Party Wall matters (as adjoining owners surveyor, building owners surveyor, or agreed surveyor) Manage projects, including stock condition surveys and EPCs Assist with contract administration duties under JCT and other contract forms Undertake site inspections, surveys, and defect diagnosis Carry out detailed site investigations (including opening-up and testing) Produce accurate, high-quality reports (condition, defect, feasibility) with recommendations Monitor project progress and attend/chair meetings with clients and stakeholders Ensure compliance with Health
