    Join Our New Later Living Team – Now Hiring Carers!Earlier this year, we launched brand-new Later Living services in Bellshill and Motherwell, North Lanarkshire, and we’re looking for compassionate, motivated individuals to join us as Later Living Carers.If you are looking for a role where you’ll make a real difference every day, this could be the perfect opportunity.What You’ll Be DoingAs a Later Living Carer, you’ll support older and vulnerable adults to live independently in their own homes within our developments. From personal care to meal support, your kindness and reliability will help our customers feel safe, respected, and valued.Purpose of JobWork within a team to ensure customers are supported to live as independently as possible within their own homes; providing personal, emotional, and social care and support in line with assessed needs promoting positive outcomes for customers.What We’re Looking For• Experience in care or working with older/vulnerable people• SVQ in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)• Strong communication and basic IT skills• A respectful, inclusive approach to working with older people• A team spirit and willingness to support others What We Offer• Hourly Rate: £13.00• Hours: 15–25 per week on a rolling rota- 1 role at 15 hours per week; 3 roles at 25 hours per week• Shifts: Flexible morning and back shifts (7:30am–10:00pm), including weekends• Contract: Permanent• Location: On-site within and between our Later Living developments in Bellshill and Motherwell• Start Date: December to January• Paid training, development & SVQ qualifications• Generous annual leave & pension contributions• Paid SSSC registration & PVG check• Uniform & free parking• A supportive, inclusive team culture• Real opportunities for career progressionPlease note: this role is subject to satisfactory interview, references and a PVG check.     Could you be part of our team?Trust has an exciting opportunity for 2 Care & Support Workers (Nights) to join our team at Longfield Crescent, Duns, Scottish Borders TD11 3FG. This is an excellent job opportunity for those who live in and around Duns.As a Care & Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting older and vulnerable adults in their own homes. Operating between 9:30pm and 7:30am seven days a week, you'll provide assistance with daily living tasks based on individual care plans. Whether it's administering medication, personal support, or helping with meals, your empathetic approach will make a real difference to our tenants' lives.
