    services.Located at the centre of resort activities, the retail and
    golf teams are the first point of contact for golfers, residents, visitors,

    detailed knowledge of all products and services on offer, with an emphasis on
    Pro-shop goods, merchandise and stock. The role requires cross-departmental

    Key Duties & Responsibilities:

     Provide a
    warm and welcoming reception and environment for all patronsAssist with
    the day-to-day running of the Pro-shop and retail activitiesDaily
    promotion and upselling of Pro-shop goods to maximise salesRegular
    display cleaning and refreshing, stock management, reordering and storageProcess
    orders, bookings and tee-time requests including email and telephone enquiries
    in a friendly and efficient mannerAssist with
    point-of-sale activities including cash handling and other functionsMaintain a
    detailed knowledge and understanding of all site-wide products and servicesPromote and
    upsell site wide services and facilities where possibleCommunicate
    operational and management information to golfers as requiredAny duties

    The Food & Beverage Duty Manager is responsible for the
    delivery of 5-star food and beverage services at The Dunes Restaurant & Bar
    located within the clubhouse.  This is a
    hands-on service delivery and supervisory role.



    The clubhouse lies at the heart of the resort and is the
    centre point of activities.  This is a
    vital hospitality role that requires a high level of organisational and
    cross-departmental communication and leadership skills, and a strong working
    relationship with the golf operations team as well as the estate wide food and
    beverage services teams.                                                                                                                                                           

    The Food & Beverage Duty Manager works closely with the Dunes
    Restaurant & Bar Manager, Bars Manager, Head Chef and Bookings & Sales
    teams on planning and executing 5-star guest experiences at the Clubhouse for
    golfers, members, residents, visitors and guests. The role operates on a
    shift-based system including evening and weekend working in line with the
    seasonal needs of the business.



    Contract: Permanent, Full-time

    Reports to: Dunes Restaurant & Bar Manager



    Key Duties & Responsibilities:
    Assist the Dunes Restaurant & Bar Manager with
    the day to day running ofall aspects of
    the food & beverage service within the Clubhouse and on course outletsProvide effective leadership to the food &
    beverage team, giving direction, motivating and supporting them to achieve
    objectives and ensure they have appropriate opportunities to develop their
    skills, knowledge and experience to enhance their performanceAssist the Dunes Restaurant & Bar Manager as
    necessary with inducting and developing members of the food & beverage
    team, including carrying out regular on the floor training with staffAssist with developing staff training plans and
    conducting regular on the floor training with staff members as appropriate for
    their roleAssist the Dunes Restaurant & Bar Manager in
    the delivery of corporate and private events and activitiesHelp to develop and continuously review standard
    operating procedures for food & beverage and events functions to ensure
    maximum guest satisfaction Assist with ensuring that appropriate payment
    methods are set up and being followed in line with proceduresAssist in identifying and developing value added
    products and services to enhance the guest experienceEnsure all restaurant stock is logged, rotated
    (FIFO), replenished and accounted forShowing initiative in low level decision makingAny other duties as required by the Dunes
    Restaurant & Bar Manager or other members of the Senior Management team





















    Qualifying Criteria:



    At least 2 years relevant supervisory experience,
    ideally in a four- or five-star environment

    Demonstrable passion for customer service and
    delivering first-class guest experiencesExcellent communication and organisational
    skillsProven ability to lead, train and manage a teamHigh standard of personal presentationMeticulous eye for detailAbility to multitask and work in a busy,
    fast-paced, customer-facing environmentPositive attitude and flexible approach to work
    including weekend and evening shiftsRelevant food and drink training and
    certifications.  Personal Licence
    desirable.Full, clean, driving licence desirable
