  • Support the Registered Manager in day-to-day operations
  • Lead, mentor & supervise the care team
  • Champion child-centred, trauma-informed care
  • Ensure safeguarding & compliance standards are met
  • Be part of an inclusive, supportive leadership team

  What Youll Need:
  

  • QCF Level 3 (Level 5 desirable / willing to work toward)
  • 2+ years experience in residential childcare
  • 1+ year in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership, communication & safeguarding knowledge
