    Finance Manager - Real Estate - OUR CLIENT: is a dominant landowner in the Central London market who own and manage commercial and residential property. They are a well-established firm with a good reputation, and they are now looking for a Finance Manager to take responsibility for financial operations and analysis of their assets.THE ROLE REQUIREMENTS for the Finance Manager will include:Preparing the annual statutory accounts under IFRS. Preparing quarterly covenant testing and report to bank.Working on the annual budget and quarterly reforecasting.Cashflow forecasting.Preparing internal monthly reporting including variance analysis.Undertaking initial preparation of monthly Board pack. Taking full responsibility for month end process, including posting journals.Performing balance sheet reconciliations.Reviewing monthly bank reconciliationsPreparing VAT returns and information for external advisors.HMRC reporting including CIS returns, ATED. Assisting the Finance Director with review of the external Investment Property valuation of the EstatePreparing supplier costs analysis, payback period analysis on potential projects, and analysis of best and worst performing units and tenants.Responsible for Business Rates reliefs claims.Preparing accounting policies and procedures manual.Understanding of regulations and industry developments and how they will impact the business.THE PERSON and SKILL REQUIREMENTS Be c1-3 year ACA/ACCA qualified either from practice or real estate finance. About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Technical Consultant to join our growing technical team. This role will play a key part in delivering exceptional IT services and solutions to our clients, combining hands-on technical expertise with strong consultancy skills. You will be responsible for providing end-to-end technical support and project delivery, both remotely and onsite, ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience at all times. The key role responsibilities include: Delivering end-to-end technical support, ownership, and resolution of client issues in line with agreed SLA/KPI targets. Travelling to client sites to deliver technical services, including project work and escalated support. Installing, configuring, and upgrading hardware and software, including servers, PCs, networking equipment, and cloud-based systems. Managing and documenting incidents, service requests, and resolutions accurately. Conducting onsite audits, surveys, and assessments across infrastructure and network environments. Working independently and collaboratively to understand client requirements and deliver effective solutions. Client Engagement & Training Delivering clear and effective end-user training on new and existing systems, ensuring successful adoption of solutions. Providing guidance and supporting to clients to improve system utilisation and efficiency. Building strong client relationships by communicating technical concepts in a clear, professional, and accessible manner. About You Strong experience with Microsoft technologies, including: Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online). Azure administration and cloud solutions. Windows Server (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy). Demonstrable SharePoint administration and user support/training capability Experience with virtualisation technologies (VMware/Hyper-V). Firewall products such as SonicWALL, PaloAlto, Fortinet and WatchGuard. Networking principles including VLANs, LAGS, VPN's and routing. Backup & disaster recovery solutions such as StorageCraft, Veeam and N-Able, etc. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Proven experience in a customer-facing technical or consulting role. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with ownership of tasks through to completion. A strong focus on customer service, balanced with commercial awareness. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
