You will support residents through the project lifecycle, address queries and concerns, and help maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with residents.Coordinating resident communications, including letters, newsletters, and meetings.Managing enquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively.Supporting the project team in delivering works with minimal disruption to residents.Ensuring compliance with resident engagement requirements and best practices.About YouPrevious experience in a Resident Liaison Officer or similar customer-focused role within construction or housing.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage sensitive issues with empathy and professionalism.Organised, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with a strong reputation for quality, sustainability, and delivering projects that make a real difference in communities.
