    We are working with a leading Tier 1 civil engineering contractor that has an opportunity for an experienced Engineering Manager to support major projects and complex programmes in the Swindon area.This is a senior technical leadership role where you will oversee design assurance, drive value engineering, influence delivery strategy and build high performing engineering teams across high profile infrastructure schemes.Key Responsibilities* Lead the engineering function across major projects

    The role:
    You will play a key role in coordinating and managing multidisciplinary design packages to ensure safe, compliant and buildable solutions are delivered to programme.

    * Driving buildability, value engineering and risk reduction

    About you
    To be considered, you should have

    Salary: £70,000 to £80,000 plus car allowance and package

    I am supporting a major civil engineering contractor delivering a high-profile infrastructure programme in Central London. They are looking to appoint a Technical Assurance Coordinator to support quality and assurance functions across the full construction lifecycle.
    This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with engineering, construction and project management teams, ensuring that all assurance deliverables are coherent, compliant and delivered right first time.

    The Role
    As the Technical Assurance Coordinator, you will work within the project team to support the planning, coordination and management of all Quality and Technical Assurance activities. You will play an essential role in maintaining accurate, audit-ready documentation and progressive assurance from construction through to commissioning and handover. This role is project based 5 days a week in Central London.

    Key responsibilities include:
    * Coordinating and maintaining all site quality and assurance documentation
    * Supporting non-conformance reporting and follow-up actions
    * Ensuring visibility, traceability and integrity of quality evidence across the project lifecycle
    * Working with BIM2Field, Yellow Jacket and other assurance platforms
    * Supporting compliance with ISO 9001 and contractual requirements
    * Providing guidance to operational teams to improve understanding of assurance processes
    * Monitoring adherence to established management controls
    * Working closely with the Technical Assurance Manager on progressive assurance
    * Assisting with commissioning and handover documentation aligned to client and utility requirements

    About You
    * Experience in a Technical Assurance, Quality Assurance or Quality Coordination role
    * Understanding of construction QA processes, documentation and controls
    * Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder-management skills
    * Confidence working with digital assurance systems and presenting data insights
    * A structured, analytical approach with good attention to detail
    * A degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline (desirable)
