  BIM CoordinatorWe are working with a Tier 1 contractor delivering a major, long term nuclear infrastructure programme. They are looking to appoint a BIM Coordinator to support digital delivery across complex, highly regulated projects.This role sits within the delivery team and plays a key part in ensuring information is coordinated, compliant, and fit for purpose from design through to construction.The role
  You will support the coordination and management of BIM information across multiple disciplines, working closely with design, engineering, and delivery teams to maintain high standards of digital assurance.Key responsibilities
  * Coordinating BIM models and information across disciplines
  * Supporting BIM standards, processes, and information management requirements
  * Managing information exchange, data quality, and model compliance
  * Working closely with engineering, design, and site teams
  * Supporting continuous improvement in digital and information deliveryAbout you
  * Experience in a BIM Coordinator or similar role within construction or infrastructure
  * Comfortable working within regulated or safety critical environments
  * Strong communication, organisation, and coordination skillsSecurity clearance and eligibility
  * You must hold SC clearance or be eligible to obtain it

  Senior Estimator
  An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Estimator to support a long term nuclear infrastructure programme delivering complex, high value works.
  
  This role suits someone who enjoys being part of a wider team, contributing to successful bids and cost certainty across challenging projects.
  
  The role
  You will lead estimating activity across nuclear works, supporting cost planning, pricing, and tender submissions.
  
  Key responsibilities
  * Producing detailed and robust cost estimates
  * Supporting commercial reviews
  * Reviewing subcontractor and supplier pricing
  * Working closely with commercial and delivery teams
  * Supporting value engineering and cost optimisation
  
  About you
  * Strong estimating background within construction or infrastructure
  * Experience working in regulated or safety critical environments
  * Commercially astute with strong attention to detail
  
  Salary £80,000 to £85,000 plus car allowance £5,750
  
  Security clearance
  You must either hold SC clearance or be eligible to obtain it.

  I am working in partnership with a Tier One infrastructure contractor delivering a major infrastructure projects across the UK. This is a senior leadership role within the technical services function and would suit an experienced Engineering Manager who thrives in complex, regulated project environments.
  This position sits at the heart of both work winning and project delivery, providing technical leadership, assurance and strategic input across multiple projects and engineering teams.
  
  The role
  * Lead and manage the engineering function across assigned projects or sector
  * Provide technical assurance across design, construction, commissioning and handover
  * Support bid teams with technical input, risk identification and value engineering solutions
  * Line manage Design Managers and oversee engineering capability across the supply chain
  * Drive innovation, modern methods of construction and best practice engineering solutions
  * Ensure compliance with engineering standards, procedures and statutory requirements
  * Act as a senior technical interface with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders
  * Support the recruitment, development and retention of high calibre engineering talent
  
  What they are looking for
  * Chartered Engineer or equivalent professional status
  * Strong background across both design and construction within major civil engineering or infrastructure projects
  * Proven experience leading engineering teams in a Tier One or large contractor environment
  * Solid understanding of design assurance, technical risk and Principal Designer duties
  * Commercially aware with experience supporting bids and pre construction activity
  * Confident leader who can influence, challenge and support teams at all levels
