Youll work alongside an experienced portfolio team, leading strategic programmes with real organisational impact while engaging and influencing senior stakeholders at Executive and Board level. /p p br /p p strong The Opportunity /strong /p p Youll take ownership of large-scale, enterprise-wide programmes from initiation through to successful delivery and business adoption. Working across multiple business functions, youll ensure change is delivered effectively, benefits are realised and programmes remain aligned to strategic objectives. /p p Key responsibilities include: /p ul li Leading complex business change programmes from inception through to operational handover. /li li Providing strategic leadership across programme planning, governance, delivery and benefits realisation. /li li Owning programme risks, issues, dependencies, budgets and resource planning. /li li Building trusted relationships with Executive and Board-level stakeholders, providing clear reporting and strategic direction. /li li Leading and influencing cross-functional, matrix-managed teams to deliver successful outcomes. /li li Managing programme budgets ranging from strong £250k to £10m /strong . /li li Overseeing third-party suppliers and ensuring strong commercial and delivery governance. /li li Driving continuous improvement across programme management practices and delivery standards. /li /ul p br /p p strong About You /strong /p p Youll be an accomplished Programme Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex business change across large, matrix organisations.
