    Stakeholder & Supplier Management: Coordinate alignment between technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will also manage external supplier relationships for hardware/software procurement, evaluation, and maintenance services.
    System Administration: Support IS & departmental system administrators to maximize application potential and ensure that head office, regional and Wales-specific technical requirements are met.
    Documentation: Produce high-quality project documentation, including status reports, governance submissions, and tender documents. You will also create and maintain procedural guidance, system documentation, and records relating to regional office layouts and resources.
    Qualifications 
    A relevant degree, professional IT qualification, or membership in a professional body (substantial recent experience in a similar role is highly desirable will also be considered).
    Project Management: Knowledge of project management frameworks; PRINCE2 Foundation is desirable.
    Proficient in Azure fundamentals and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem; administration of unified communications and video conferencing platforms is highly desirable.
