    Position Overview:Total Training Provision is working in partnership with clients who are looking to attract Labourers for their sites in the Huddersfield region.This role is attached to one of our outstanding employability courses.In our course, you will undertake the Health & Safety in Construction Level 1, giving you the skills you need to be successful, but you will have the chance to earn your CSCS card for Free.As part of the course, we will also work with you to upskill your CV, to showcase all of your transferable skills, and ensure you are job-ready.
    For us to be able to fund your CSCS card test, you need to ensure you can attend our construction course between the 16th of March - 27th of March (Weekdays only) in Huddersfield.
    Eligibility:Unemployed.Must be available to undertake the training between the dates 16th Mar - 27th of March (Monday - Friday, 10.00 am - 4.00 pm).Must live within the West Yorkshire region.Must have lived in the UK / EU for the last 3 years.Must NOT be on any other funded program.Must have the right to work in the UK.

    The Role:The Data & Reporting Analyst is responsible for producing accurate, timely, and insightful reports using Excel and Power BI to support operational, financial, and compliance decision-making across the business.

    The role plays a key part in ensuring data integrity, supporting funding compliance, and providing clear dashboards and reports for senior leaders, managers, and external stakeholders.

    Key Role Responsibilities:Data & Reporting:Design, build, and maintain Excel-based reports and dashboards (including formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, and data validation).Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to support performance monitoring and strategic decision-making.Produce regular management information (MI) reports (monthly, quarterly, ad-hoc).Translate complex data into clear, user-friendly insights for non-technical audiences.Compliance & Funding Support:Support data requirements linked to funded provision (e.g. apprenticeships, adult skills, bootcamps).Assist with audit preparation and evidence packs.Ensure reporting aligns with internal processes and external funding rules.Support reconciliation between MIS, learning platforms, and finance data where required.Stakeholder Support:Work closely with operational teams to understand reporting needs.Respond to ad-hoc data requests from managers and senior leaders.Support colleagues to understand and use reports effectively.Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes and systems.
    General Duties:Stay up to date with sector-wide system changes and best practices in FE/skills sector data management.Contribute to continuous improvement projects within the data and compliance function.Contribute to the development of a high-performance, data-driven culture across the organisation.Actively support safeguarding and Prevent, ensuring all systems reinforce a safe environment for learners and staff.Carry out any additional duties commensurate with the level of the role, as required by the Head of Data & Compliance.
    Essential:Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including advanced formulas and pivot tables).Candidate must be able to produce and create functional Power BI dashboards.High attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy.Ability to explain data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.Confident working independently and managing multiple reporting deadlines.Strong organisational and communication skills.

    The Role:The SEND Specialist Skills Coach will provide tailored academic and learning support to learners on programme who have identified or emerging additional learning needs.     What Will the Apprentice Do at Work?Assist with the preparation and processing of purchase orders.Support supplier communication, including obtaining quotes and handling enquiries.Assist with sourcing suppliers under the supervision of the Purchasing Manager.Monitor inventory levels and track orders to support stock availability.Follow up with suppliers regarding deliveries and resolve order issues.Maintain accurate purchasing records, including orders, pricing, invoices and delivery information.Support inventory reconciliation and stock level checks.Assist with cost analysis and review supplier performance.Prepare reports and ensure weekly purchasing reports are kept up to date.Provide general administrative support to the purchasing team.Support audits and ensure purchasing activities comply with company policies.Take part in apprenticeship training, reviews and development activities.
    Training Schedule:Training will take place in the workplace alongside the job role, supported by remote learning. The apprentice will complete online learning, one-to-one sessions and projects, with structured monthly progress reviews throughout the apprenticeship.

    Additional Training Information:The apprenticeship is delivered by Total Training Provision using a blended learning approach. Training includes e-learning, one-to-one sessions with a Skills Coach, employer-led learning, projects, activities and regular reviews to support successful completion of the apprenticeship.
    Employment Details:Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm.Hours per week: 42.5.
    Wage: Competitive, up to £17,000 per annum.
