We are seeking experienced Registered Managers to lead multiple childrens EBD homes across the London area. If youre passionate about providing outstanding care and want to shape a homes culture to deliver the best outcomes for young people, wed like to hear from you.
The role:
Full operational leadership of a childrens residential home.
Responsibility for safeguarding, compliance, and staff management.
Creating a therapeutic environment that prioritises positive outcomes.
Preparing for and maintaining high Ofsted standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years in a childrens residential care setting.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards).
Experience managing teams within an EBD or childrens residential setting.
Strong knowledge of Ofsted and safeguarding frameworks.
