The Global Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting and insights, revenue planning, sales & client incentive & policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally.
You will be joining the UK, Ireland, and Benelux team within the broader MSO team as a Strategy & Operations Manager, focusing on driving key strategic initiatives and analyses for the UK, Ireland, and Benelux business. It will be at the intersection of strategy setting, product research, data analytics, and project management to gain a deep understanding of our business and product, uncover growth opportunities, and lead execution in collaboration with sales and cross-functional partners. What You Will Do:
- Serve as a strategic partner for sales leadership in UKI and Benelux focusing on the Enterprise advertiser segment
- Identify revenue opportunities and translate them into concrete go-to-market levers by conducting deep, rigorous internal quantitative & qualitative analyses on our business and products
- Lead market research on industry trends, business models, competitor benchmarking, as well as ad products and emerging tech to generate new insights and develop growth strategies
- Deep dive into data and build analytics tools and dashboards to support recurring reporting cadences
- Partner with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to implement strategies and programs, track progress and measure impact
- Lead/support on additional ad hoc projects as required
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in a fast-paced company - high growth environment, management consulting, tech platforms, etc. in a project and program management capacity
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and stakeholder management skills to influence decision-making at various levels of management
- Experience working cross-functionally with various internal teams, including Product, Sales, Finance, etc.
- Fast learner, ability to independently multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Self-starter and execution mindset, capable of delivering on changes with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in media, digital advertising, business intelligence, revenue strategy/operations is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite, especially Excel and Google Sheets. Experience with data visualization software, BI tools, or SQL is a plus
- Familiarity with major sales CRM platforms (. SalesForce,), Order Management Systems (Operative, FatTail, Prisma, and Ads Platforms (Google Ads Manager, Facebook, is a plus
