1. Participate in marketing strategy formulation and execution: Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans for the UK and European TikTok Shop, including daily promotions, seasonal campaigns, and themed marketing initiatives, Continuously optimize campaign strategies based on market trends and user feedback to improve user engagement and conversion rates;
2. Marketing campaign planning and execution support: Assist in planning and tracking key marketing projects to ensure timely and high-quality delivery, support the collection, coordination, and execution of materials related to marketing campaigns;
3. Data analysis and review: Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, summarize highlights and improvement areas, and produce review reports;
4. Cross-team communication and collaboration: Work closely with operations, merchant management, creator/affiliate, and design teams to ensure successful implementation of marketing initiatives;
5. Market and user insights: Monitor local market trends, user behavior patterns, and competitor activities to provide references for the team. Learn to approach and solve problems from a brand perspective, building a solid marketing mindset;
6. Personal growth and capability development: Under the guidance of mentors, gradually improve skills in marketing planning, project execution, and data analysis;
7. Build a solid understanding of cross-border e-commerce operations and accumulate hands-on experience to prepare for independently managing projects in the future.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, E-commerce, Advertising, Media, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related fields;
2. Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, able to generate insights and recommendations from data. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and cultures;
3. A good sense of market trends and user insights, with interest in brand, content, and user experience. Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (., SQL, Tableau). Preferred Qualifications: 1. Quick learner with the ability to master new knowledge and tools efficiently; 2. Results-oriented, with strong execution skills and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment; 3. Passionate about cross-border e-commerce and overseas markets, and motivated to develop a long-term career on a global platform.
