About the roleWe’re seeking an experienced Solicitor or Associate, to join our Succession & Tax team who are based in our Bath office. You’ll be joining our busy and dedicated team to look after existing clients, and supporting with business development activities across the Bath region, to drive delivery of our growth strategy.Day to day, you will have a varied caseload, including:Providing tax and estate planning advice to a broad range of clients including high net worth and ultra-high net worth clientsWorking closely with a range of clients including farmers and business owners on succession planningManaging complex probate and estate administration mattersAdvising on creation, restructuring and winding up of trustsProviding advice on Enduring and Lasting Powers of Attorney, as well as Court of Protection matters.This exciting opportunity can be based in Bath or Bristol, with opportunities to work closely with Partners and fee earners at our other offices.
