About the roleWe’re seeking a Business Development Executive for our Marketing & BD teamin our Bath/Bristol/Swindon office, to join ourcommercially driven, growing, and friendly team.Day to day, you can expect your responsibilities to include:Monitoring market trends, competitors, and industry sectors to identify opportunities and risks, shaping client strategies and aligning BD activities with client needsFostering strong relationships with partners, heads of department, and team leads to understand growth priorities and support business developmentIdentifying cross-selling and growth opportunities within the client base, developing client plans, and enhancing market presence through events and networkingRepresenting the firm at industry events, supporting the growth of referral networks, and championing innovation to improve efficiency and client experienceTracking BD metrics, supporting business development planning, and leveraging systems for targeted sales campaigns and relationship managementWhilst this role is based in Bath/Bristol/Swindon there will be the opportunity for you to work with other fee earners based at our other offices.
