    Deliver outstanding customer service, offering expert advice on suits, jackets, trousers, shirts, and formalwearConduct measurements and fittings, providing recommendations for the perfect fitDrive sales performance, upselling and cross-selling to maximise revenueMaintain high visual standards and ensure the concession always reflects brand qualitySupport stock management, including replenishment, size checks, and maintaining stock integrityActively contribute to team targets and KPIs, including conversion, UPT, and average transaction valueStay up-to-date with product knowledge, trends, and tailoring techniquesUphold Frasers’ and Threadologys’ standards, processes, and operational policies
    Qualifications

    Passion for menswear, tailoring, and premium customer servicePrevious experience in retail, concessions, or high Street/premium fashion – tailoring experience preferredStrong selling and influencing skills, with a track record of achieving targetsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsConfident working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environmentHighly organised, self-motivated, and a team playerFlexible to work weekends, evenings, and peak trading periods
