    Whiteley. Housed within a beautifully restored Grade II-listed building, the
    space brings together three historic floors reimagined into a modern, uplifting
    health club experience. As we look ahead, our ambition is to nearly double our
    estate in the next 5 years, while continuing to elevate the member experience
    across our existing clubs. We now have an opportunity for a Membership Support Specialist
    to join the team. As we continue to get better as we get bigger, we are looking
    for someone with a passion for luxury member experience. This role is ideal for
    someone who is comfortable managing difficult conversations and who has
    demonstrative experience of being proactive and taking initiative. In this member-facing role you will be responsible for:
    Member
    retention, both proactively and reactively. 
    Retaining
    members who may have expressed an interest in cancelling their membership
    by discussing what our club has to offer them based on their cancellation
    reasons.
    Contacting
    members to recoup their failed monthly direct debits.
    Responding
    to member emails
    Supporting
    clubs with member queries
    Administrative
    duties such as processing membership changes
    Logging
    all member communication accurately on the database
    This role requires an individual able to work in a
    fast-paced environment with high levels of energy and resilience.Other skills and behaviours required:

    About the Role We’re looking for a highly organised and people-focused People Operations Manager to lead the delivery of all HR operations across the full employee lifecycle. This is a critical role in the People team, ensuring that processes are efficient, compliant, and centred around a great employee experience. Your team is the operational backbone of the People Function (17 people in total across People Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Employee Experience and Reward). You’ll partner closely with People Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and the wider business. In this role, you will deliver the day to day, whilst continuously improving our systems, processes, ways of working and service delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and elevate People Operations in a fast-paced, high-growth organisation. You’ll have the chance to make a real impact by encompassing a continuous improvement mindset, enhancing employee experience, and building a high-performing operations function. 
    What You’ll Be Doing People Operations & Service Delivery Lead end-to-end delivery of people processes including onboarding, contractual changes, data management, and offboarding Ensure a consistent, high-quality employee experience across all touchpoints Act as an escalation point for complex operational queries Define and manage SLAs, workflows, and service standards Deliver performance reporting and drive continuous improvement Maintain accurate employee data and system integrity 
    Compliance & Governance Ensure compliance with UK employment law and internal policies Own and maintain employment contracts, employee handbook, and records Support employee relations processes through accurate documentation and system updates Ensure GDPR compliance and strong data governance Identify and mitigate operational risks 
    Payroll & Reward Support Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing Support annual pay reviews, bonuses, and reward processes Manage benefits administration including enrolment, changes, and queries 
    Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to streamline and scale processes Lead or support HR projects such as system implementations Build clear documentation and operational playbooks

This is our space.After doubling the number of clubs we have in the last 3 years, 2026 sees us move to an FTE headcount of over 1700. Beyond this year, our plan is to double our number of clubs again, taking us to 26 – 30 physical sites in London. With a company mindset of getting better as we get bigger, we are now looking to appoint a Payroll Coordinator to join the team. Reporting to the Payroll Manager and working closely with the Finance team and People team, you will be responsible for assisting with the processing of payroll within the group, and providing administrative support. Duties will include: Assisting in the preparation
    and processing of monthly payroll in conjunction with the Payroll Manager Performing monthly calculations for various payroll elements, processing monthly adjustments, issue P45's to leaving employees.Working closely with the People Team to ensure employee records are entered correctly, communicating any reminders to the business to ensure the timely and accurate processing of payroll.Assisting with administration of pension contributions and all staff loans, including season ticket loan and ride to workWe're looking for somebody who has a strong foundation in payroll, looking to build a career with us.
