    We’re currently looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our business as an integral part of the club team providing a first-class service to our Clubs. Reporting into the Head of Facilities, you will be responsible for the condition of the clubs, internally and externally, including all equipment, plant, materials, fixtures, fittings and finishes, and maintained to the highest standards at all times. The Maintenance Engineer will also ensure that sufficient processes are adhered to, all necessary reactive and planned repairs are executed in an efficient and cost-effective way, as well as abiding by all necessary health & safety requirements ensuring the highest standards are maintained.You’ll support the Head of Facilities to ensure regular maintenance activities are completed effectively, as well as completing routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and carrying out general repairs. The upkeep of the facilities is essential at all times.We are looking for an experienced Facilities/Maintenance Engineer who has previous experience of the following:Planned & scheduled daily, weekly and monthly routine and reactive maintenance tasks to ensure fully operational facilities and high standards of finish and condition at all timesA sound understanding of: Electricity at Work and Health / Safety at Work regulations & best practice;Knowledge of heating and ventilation systems –HVAC;Computer literate, preferably with some experience of planned maintenance systems;Proven practical experience and knowledge of building maintenance;Proven practical experience and knowledge of electrical systems both single and three phase;Working with external contractors/suppliers.Whilst you will be based in one particular club for this role, there will be an expectation for you to travel between clubs depending on operational needs. You will also be part of a weekend rota for any out-of-hours work required, but this won't be every weekend.

This role will manage the development of the team as Third Space grows, and ensure quality of service and collaboration with all stakeholders is consistent across all clubs.Key Responsibilities:Directly manage and support Area Facilities Engineers to deliver high-quality service standards across all clubsPartner with the Head of Facilities and Technical Manager to develop and implement tailored maintenance schedules. Conduct audits and generate reports to monitor quality and performance.Oversee maintenance expenditures, identifying cost-effective solutions for facility maintenance and improvements.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and service delivery.     appoint another Data Analyst to join the FP&A and Data team. Data is at the
    heart of every major decision we make, and this role will play a crucial part
    in shaping those decisions. In order to be successful in this role, you will
    need to have advanced proficiency of SQL, the ability to build dashboards on Power
    BI or similar, and be passionate about bringing data to life.



    Key Responsibilities:


    Design, build and maintain reports, creating clear
    and compelling data visualisations in Power BI that give teams a clear
    view of performance
    Work
    across departments and teams to understand their needs and requirements,
    and provide and advise on data-driven insights
    Proactively
    identify new opportunities for growth and enhance existing data
    capabilities
    Collect, organise and manipulate large amounts of
    data by using databases and frameworks such as Azure Data Studio.


      About You


    Advanced
    proficiency in SQL
    Proven
    experience of using visualisation tools: Power BI is what we use, but
    similar tools like Tableau would also be considered.
    Track
    record of building strong relationships across multiple departments
    Ability
    to translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations
    A
    proactive, solutions-driven mindset
