About the role: As Senior NPD Technologist, you will be responsible for the development of new product innovation across the Performance Nutrition category which includes Proteins, Preworkout and Hydration products. As Europe’s largest online Sports Nutrition, this is a rare opportunity to be at the frontier of the industry. Your role will be all encompassing, responsible for ensuring market leading developments whilst collaborating with key stakeholders - brand, procurement, compliance and supply chain – to ensure timely delivery of business priority launches. As a Senior NPD Technologist You'll: Formulation and development of performance innovation products in close collaboration with industry experts to ensure best in class launches. Conduct sensory analysis and taste panels to gain insight and feedback into new idea’s. Oversee pilot trials, scale-up, and launch readiness for new products, ensuring timely delivery with the support of stakeholders throughout the business. Mentor NPD technologists to upskill and lead in line with business objectives. Analysis of market research and consumer insights to develop product with a consumer first lens. Lead end-to-end project management across NPD, ensuring clear prioritisation, communication, and risk management. Meet a global network of suppliers and category specialists to identify innovation opportunities. Requirements:  A degree in Nutrition or Food Technology or equivalent.  3-5 years in an development function. A firm understanding of the innovation process. An understanding of food regulations, compliance and industry standards. Conscientious and proactive attitude with excellent communication skills. As a National Account Manager you will: Manage a dedicated portfolio of UK Grocery accounts, ensuring company profitability, customer satisfaction, and achievement of individual growth targets. Take full ownership for delivering key commercial objectives within assigned customer(s), aligning activities with the overall business strategy through proactive relationship management at multiple stakeholder levels. Continually assess the customer product mix to improve profitability (PPU), incorporating marketing initiatives such as complexity reduction and cost-optimised product recommendations. About the People Team and the Role
    The People Team manage the full employment lifecycle within THG, from candidate attraction and onboarding, through to learning & development and employee relations. Reporting to the People Services Team Manager, the People Services Assistant is responsible for the smooth running of the People Shared Services function within THG. In addition to providing a world-class administrative service to the People Team, the post holder will also provide assistance with the maintenance of THG’s HR system and advice to line managers on people processes.
