Why be a Marketing Manager at Glossybox?
The Marketing Manager will own the integrated marketing strategy, encompassing both brand-building activity and performance marketing. You will be responsible for developing and optimising the channel mix, ensuring all activity drives growth, retention, and brand equity. Working closely with the General Manager, you will own the marketing budget, allocation, and reporting, while managing key internal and external relationships to deliver best-in-class marketing performance.
What You’ll Do
Lead Integrated Marketing Strategy Develop and deliver the full integrated brand + performance marketing plan.
Build and optimise a multi‑channel mix across paid social, search, display, affiliates, CRM/email, influencer, PR, partnerships, content, and offline.
Own the annual and seasonal marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with commercial milestones, customer insights, and subscription dynamics.
Translate business goals into clear channel strategies and KPI frameworks. Drive Acquisition, Retention & Subscriber Growth Lead multi‑channel strategies to grow new subscribers and improve retention, reactivation, and customer lifetime value.
Ensure the subscription customer journey is insight‑led, personalised, and optimised across all touchpoints.
Work closely with brand, creative, and content teams to shape compelling storytelling and campaigns that build brand equity and community engagement.
Identify new opportunities through competitor analysis, category trends, and market shifts.
Performance Marketing & Optimisation Partner with internal media teams and external agencies to manage and optimise paid digital channels.
Continuously refine performance strategies to maximise ROI and lower acquisition costs.
Own lifecycle marketing across CRM, segmentation, email journeys, and retention marketing.
Lead cross‑channel testing strategies, reporting, and optimisation plans.
Budget Ownership & Reporting Support the GM with full marketing budget management across all channels.
Allocate spend effectively and ensure budgets deliver commercial results.
Own reporting and performance measurement across brand, performance and CRM.
Present insight-led recommendations to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
Team Leadership & Collaboration Line manage CRM, influencer, and content executives (3 direct reports).
Support the Senior Brand Executive and in‑house studio to brief and deliver high‑quality campaign assets.
Foster strong cross‑functional relationships across trading, product, supply chain, eCommerce, loyalty and data teams.
Lead internal alignment sessions, planning processes, QBRs, and strategic reviews.
Skills & Experience Experience in multi‑channel marketing; beauty, lifestyle, fashion or subscription strongly preferred.
Proven expertise across both brand and performance channels.
Confidence managing paid media strategies and agency partners.
A data‑driven mindset with strong analytical and commercial acumen.
Experience managing marketing budgets and delivering against growth KPIs.
Strong stakeholder management, project leadership, and communication skills.
