Skills & Experience  ¿ Relevant Health and Social Care qualification at Level 3 or above. ¿ Proven experience supporting people with learning disabilities. ¿ Leadership or coaching experience is desirable. ¿ Knowledge of safeguarding, health and safety, and care regulations. ¿ Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills. ¿ Confidence in using digital systems (e.g. Excel, care planning software). ¿ Flexible working hours, willingness to travel locally and work across multiple locations.
