  Part-Time Local Marketing Coordinator – The Woodspeen & The Boxford (Newbury)We’re looking for a creative, well-connected, and proactive individual to support the local marketing efforts for two of our restaurants: The Woodspeen and The Boxford in Newbury.About the role:Part-time 60-70 flexible hours per month.Focused on local outreach, brand awareness, and event promotionSupporting both digital and in-person marketing activitiesCoordinating with local businesses, media, and community groupsAssisting with social media, email campaigns, and creative contentIdeal candidate:Strong local network in the Newbury areaConfident, enthusiastic, and full of ideasExperience in marketing, hospitality, or event promotion is a plusPassionate about food, people, and great storytellingIf you’re ready to help grow two distinctive restaurants with energy and creativity, we’d love to hear from you.To apply, please send a short cover email and CV to madeleine@thewoodspeen.com

  Position Overview:
  We're looking for a skilled and creative Bartender to join our team. You'll craft innovative cocktails, provide outstanding service, and create memorable moments for our guests.Key Responsibilities:Mixology Mastery: Create unique and delicious cocktails using premium spirits and fresh ingredients.Guest Engagement: Interact with guests, offer drink recommendations, and ensure they have a great time at the bar.Beverage Program Support: Help develop our drinks menu with new and exciting cocktails and promotions.Bar Operations: Keep the bar clean, organised, and well-stocked while following all safety and licensing rules.Upselling: Suggest premium drinks and pairings to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.Team Collaboration: collaborate with all colleagues and your manager to ensure a smooth service.Hours per week: 45
