    What will your day look like? At the core of our mission is enhancing the lives of individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs, driven by collaboration, compassion, and understanding. No two days are the same in this role, some days are steady and others are hectic trying to fit everything in. You may have to juggle round appointments but that is the challenge and that is what makes the role interesting and gives you job satisfaction. On a day-to-day basis you will support with: Socialising and attending community activities, promoting hobbies & interests. Providing physical support, including helping with household tasks and personal care. Supporting with life skills, such as shopping and money management. Delivering individual support plans. 
    No experience needed - we provide FULL training and will give you the skills you will need to become an excellent Support Worker.     About the RoleThe Wilf Ward Family Trust is seeking a Health, Safety and Property Compliance Administrator to play a pivotal role in supporting our Health & Safety and Property functions.Working closely with the Strategic Lead for Health & Safety, the Property Team, operational colleagues, and external contractors, you will help ensure the Trust meets its statutory and regulatory responsibilities across health, safety, and property compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Health, Safety and Property Compliance Administrator will be responsible for a wide range of planned and reactive administrative activities, including (but not limited to):Completing administration tasks as requested by the Health & Safety and Property leadsMonitoring the Safety & Housing email inbox, allocating actions appropriately and filing documentation within compliance systemsMaintaining and supporting an approved contractors list in collaboration with the Health & Safety Lead, Property Team, Service Managers, and external contractorsLiaising with external contractors to monitor adherence to Service Level Agreements, including Fire Safety and Legionella audits, and escalating non-compliance where requiredAdministering online compliance portals (e.g. Fire Safety and Legionella systems)Developing and maintaining reporting schedules, providing KPI updates to operational teams and quarterly compliance reports to the Board of TrusteesSupporting the Strategic Lead for Health & Safety with the preparation and delivery of quarterly Health and Safety Committee meetingsAssisting the in-house Responsible Person with monitoring regulatory standards relating to workplace health and safety, property condition, and environmental managementMonitoring and reviewing accident and incident reports to ensure correct reporting, investigation, and statutory notificationsSupporting Service Managers by maintaining health and safety and property elements of continuous improvement plans and other regulatory requirementsQualifications and ExperienceYou will support the Strategic Lead for Health & Safety and Property and should be able to demonstrate a strong background in administrative management, alongside:Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage and prioritise competing workloadsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsCompetence in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and other digital management systemsExperience working collaboratively across teams and with external contractors or consultants (desirable)The ability to work effectively in a sensitive, complex, and sometimes political environment, demonstrating discretion, integrity, and sound judgement
