    Farm Sales Manager, South East Home-based, covering Kent, Sussex, Hampshire and surrounding areas Competitive package, plus 9% bonus, 10% pension and company car Are you someone who understands farming, knows how to build trusted relationships with farmers and enjoys developing a territory? The Talent Movement is supporting an established global agricultural business to recruit a Farm Sales Manager for the South East. This is a field-based role focused on building strong, long-term relationships with farmers, understanding their businesses and helping them improve crop performance through practical, commercially sound advice. You may already be working in crop nutrition, fertiliser, agronomy, seed, crop protection or agricultural sales. However, direct crop nutrition experience is not essential. We are equally interested in people selling agricultural machinery who have developed strong farmer relationships, managed a territory and understand the realities of running a farm. The role You will take ownership of an established South East territory, working directly with farmers and agricultural businesses to: Build and develop trusted customer relationships Grow existing accounts and identify new opportunities Understand farming challenges, cropping plans and commercial priorities Recommend suitable crop nutrition products and solutions Increase market share across the territory Represent the business at farm events, shows and industry meetings Work closely with technical, commercial and customer support teams This is an autonomous role, but you will be joining a supportive business with strong technical expertise, respected products and a genuine commitment to developing its people. About you You could come from: Agricultural machinery sales Fertiliser or crop nutrition Seed, crop protection or wider agricultural inputs Agronomy or agricultural advisory work Farm management or hands-on farming Agricultural merchanting or distribution More important than a specific product background is your ability to build credibility with farmers, understand their operation and influence commercial decisions. You will need to be: Commercially minded and comfortable working towards sales targets Confident developing new business Able to manage a territory independently Credible and comfortable speaking with farmers Organised, proactive and relationship-led Based south of the M25, ideally in Kent, Sussex, Hampshire, Surrey or a nearby location A full UK driving licence is required.
