We are seeking an enthusiastic Chef De Partie to join our Talented team at our renowned Gastro Pub in Irthington, Carlisle. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, Good organisational skills, be hard working with a willingness to learn and deliver high quality meals using quality seasonal produce
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Work and communicate well with other team members
- Contribute to menu planning and development
- Maintain stock levels and order supplies when necessary
- Oversee food production to ensure timely service
- Help create a positive work environment for kitchen staff
- Uphold high standards of quality, cleanliness, and organisation in the kitchen
Skills:
- Proficient in food safety practices and regulations
- Experience in food preparation and kitchen operations
- Previous experience in a busy restaurant environment
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences
