This growth has been recognised with numerous awards, including UberEats Restaurant of the Year, the Scalable Concept Award, and recognition as the 12th fastest-growing company in the UK.We are on the hunt for front of house team members that are committed to taking the next step in their career, keen to join a company whose growth trajectory opens up hundreds of inspiring development opportunities - and whose current team can’t wait for you to join the family.Role | FOH Floor Tender 28 hours per weekHard-working cleaner to assist our front of house team in keeping our store’s spotlessRestocking cutlery and napkinsCleaning the line, the tables and the floors throughout the lunch rush    Assisting our team members  with daily deep cleaning tasks Reporting to the Restaurant Manager 
  Expectations | Efficiency, Reliability, Strong Work EthicStrong work ethic to keep the store hygiene standards high during busy service periodsTurning up on time for shift Adaptability to assist with a variety of cleaning tasks throughout the storeRespect for team members and managers
   Experience Requirements | Previous experience desired, but not required Ideally, you will have some experience working in a cleaning roleExperience/readiness to work in a fast-paced environment

  We are The Salad Project, London’s answer to healthy food with a fresh outlook on how we live, feel, and eat. Since our founders, Florian and James, opened our first store in the summer of 2021, we’ve grown into a twelve-store operation, expanding across London.At The Salad Project, we value our team as much as the quality of our food. We’re looking for dedicated BOH Team Members to join our evening and overnight shifts. 
  Role | Evening/Overnight Back of house Key Responsibilities:
  Wash and prepare fresh produce, ensuring the highest quality standards.Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by washing cookware, utensils, and serving equipment.Complete short deep-cleaning tasks to keep the kitchen spotless and ready for service.Support the kitchen team by ensuring clean, dry equipment is always available.
  Expectations | Efficiency, Reliability, Strong Work Ethic
  Turn up on time for evening/overnight shifts and work diligently.Maintain focus and accuracy when handling food preparation tasks.Be adaptable to assist with various duties as needed.
  Experience Requirements Some experience in a kitchen or cleaning role is a plus.Familiarity in hygiene best practices
