Experience The ideal candidate will: Have substantial experience in residential property and transactional leasehold work, ideally gained in private practice or an in-house legal team. Have demonstrable experience handling transactional leasehold reform matters, including Lease Extensions, Collective Enfranchisements, Deeds of Variation and related landlord and tenant work. Highly organised individual with the ability to manage a busy workload and promote efficiency within a department Provide practical and commercially focused advice on leasehold and residential property matters to internal stakeholders. Previous supervisory experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
