As Senior Recruitment Consultant the job with Platinum would suit a curious, creative, talented recruitment professional with ambitions to achieve Director status. Make no mistake, the role is complex due to the level and status of assignments you are completing so you need to be bold, underpin your talents and manage your time with ruthless efficiency. To be successful at Platinum you need to be proven in winning and developing business relationships, have adaptability to your approach to suit your various clients and be progressive in your recruitment strategy to deliver an impeccable service. The role is hybrid with central office in Manchester. What you’ll be doing. As Platinum’s newest teammate, your priority will be delivering outstanding work and growing our existing client portfolio. Understand your clients deeply to enable you to effectively lead their talent acquisition. Managing day-to-day activity and performance delivery against industry metrics. Develop strategies, provide insights, and deliver creative recruitment solutions that matter. Manage and negotiate deals confidently to ensure Platinum is protected whilst maximising value to our clients. Collaborate with internal specialists, with a constant willingness to learn and knowledge share. Represent Platinum as required and contribute to new business growth via varied growth channels.
