Be aware of all menu changes and changes to dish specification. /p p Understand the criteria set by AA and Leading Hotels of The World. Support senior chefs by ensuring that all food is cooked and presented to standards set in the outlet specification manual. /p p Take full ownership for the kitchen for the duration of your shift, in the absence of the Senior Night Chef.
