    Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 + Travel + BonusOverviewA Tier 1 engineering contractor with an annual turnover of £80 million is looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to support delivery across a strong pipeline of commercial and data centre projects in Central London.The business is known for high technical standards, repeat clients and consistent project flow. This role offers long-term stability, exposure to complex schemes and the opportunity to work within a well-structured project delivery team.The RoleYou will take full responsibility for the mechanical package on allocated projects, managing delivery from early-stage planning through to commissioning and handover.Key duties include:Managing mechanical building services projects from pre-construction to completionCoordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site teamsOverseeing programme, quality and health & safety complianceReviewing technical drawings, specifications and design informationMonitoring project costs, variations and reportingWorking closely with clients, consultants and internal teamsDriving commissioning, testing and final handover processesRequirementsProven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within an M&E or building services contractorStrong knowledge of HVAC, pipework and mechanical building services systemsExperience delivering commercial and/or data centre projects preferredAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and project deadlinesGood commercial awareness and reporting skillsStrong communication and leadership capabilityPackage & Benefits£75,000 - £85,000 basic salaryTravel expenses coveredPerformance-related bonusPension schemeLong-term career progression within a Tier 1 engineering contractorStrong pipeline of secured workThis is an excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Project Manager looking to join a financially strong contractor delivering technically demanding projects in Central London.If you'd like more information or would like to be considered, please get in touch.
