With a strong pipeline of secured work and an excellent reputation for quality delivery, they are now looking to strengthen their project delivery team.The Role
As Mechanical Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the mechanical package from Stage 4 design through to Practical Completion. You will play a key role in coordinating design, managing subcontractors, and ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the mechanical package across all project phases from Stage 4 through to PCCoordinate with design teams, consultants, and internal stakeholdersOversee subcontractor performance, ensuring quality and programme adherenceMonitor project progress, budgets, and riskEnsure compliance with health & safety and company standardsReport directly to senior leadership and contribute to project strategyRequirementsProven experience delivering M&E commercial fit-out projects of similar scaleStrong mechanical background with relevant industry qualificationsSMSTS certification is essentialDemonstrated experience managing projects from Stage 4 design through to completionExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environmentWhat's on OfferSalary: £75,000 - £90,000 (depending on experience)Travel expenses coveredPerformance-related bonusOpportunity to work on high-profile London projects with a respected contractorClear progression within a growing businessThis is an excellent opportunity for a driven Mechanical Project Manager looking to work with a reputable contractor delivering some of London's most prestigious commercial fit-outs.
