The Senior Finance Analyst position lies within the Regional HQ and is based in our London office (The Shard).You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into the Regional HQ Finance Manager.The responsibility will include but not limited to the delivery of Zero Based Budget (ZBB) results and assist on the month end close process for a number of Regional HQ entities. In addition, you will be asked looking for ways for improvement.
    In brief, working with Regional HQ Finance Manager to deliver the following:Acting as a ZBB lead for Regional HQ budget of approximately $60m;Assist on the month end close process for a number of Regional HQ entities, providing necessary analysis and insight;Implementing the Kraft Heinz cost control culture within the Regional HQ & owning the ZBB rituals and routines for the Regional HQ (e.g. preparing monthly variance analysis of actuals against forecast and AOP);Working with different departments to draw up the annual budget based on ZBB principal;Tracking and monitoring department spending against ZBB guidelines and ensuring they are in line with budget; identifying risks & opportunities and developing action plans;Being a Finance Business Partner for the various functional business owners (e.g. including functional heads of Tax, Technology, Marketing, HR and Treasury);Managing any one-off P&L items (e.g. all P&L items up to EBITDA);Acting as a key finance contact with our outsourced shared services function and aligning with other functional teams to coordinate cross charges;Leading the annual Management Service recharge process across for transfer for transfer pricing purpose;Oversee the accounting system set up process across and provide expertise support for the companies;Owning all balance sheet items associated with the Regional HQ entities & supporting other areas of the Regional HQ accounting team;Working with the accounts payable team to ensure timely settlement of invoices. Qualifications
