    We're looking for a Marketing Executive to play a critical role in bringing this statement to life through consistent, high-quality marketing delivery across The Keyholding Company's (TKC) core channels.
    And that's where you come inYou'll translate strategic priorities into effective execution - particularly across our blog and LinkedIn - ensuring content is delivered on time, to brief, and to a high standard. You'll have a hands-on role in supporting brand-building, thought leadership and visibility for both TKC and its Executive team, helping to shape how we show up in the market as thought leaders and innovators.
    This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who wants responsibility and room to grow.     What you'll be doing Execute TKC's content calendar across LinkedIn and the blog, delivering content in line with agreed briefs, priorities and timelinesWrite and publish LinkedIn content for the TKC brand and Executive team profiles, supporting company and personal brand building, and thought leadershipDesign and adapt visual assets to accompany LinkedIn content using CanvaDraft long-form blog content where required, including new articles and the repurposing or updating of existing contentBrief, coordinate and manage external freelancers like content writers and designers, providing clear direction and feedback to ensure timely deliveryTrack and summarise content performance, working with the Senior Marketing Analyst to identify trends, insights and potential recommendations to inform ongoing optimisationSupport marketing activity around events and exhibitions, including logistics, communications, attendee briefings and on-site setup when requiredUpdate and maintain our website content using WordPressWork with stakeholders to draft and send emails to clients or partners via Sendgrid

    We deliver around 1,500,000 services a year to c.7,500 clients through a network of over 200 Service Partners and our own self-delivered London mobile operation.
    As Head of Network, you will take ownership of one of the most commercially critical parts of our business, our Service Partner network. This role is first and foremost about commercial stewardship: driving value, negotiating effectively, managing cost and performance, and ensuring our partner relationships are commercially sustainable while continuing to deliver excellent service to our customers.
    You will lead the Network team with responsibility for the overall performance and commercial effectiveness of our partner network. This includes using data and insight to challenge performance, negotiating pricing and commercial terms within budget, and making sound commercial decisions about partner selection, retention, and development. Operational oversight and compliance are important foundations of the role, but commercial judgement and negotiation capability are essential.
    As Head of Network, you will own the commercial relationship with our Service Partners, acting as the escalation point for financial matters and leading negotiations around pricing, cost pressures, and contractual challenges. You will build strong, credible relationships with partner businesses while confidently representing TKC's commercial interests.
    Alongside commercial ownership, you will play a key role in building and fostering strong working relationships across our Service Partner network, acting as the central conduit between TKC and our partners. You will ensure appropriate governance and compliance frameworks are in place to support a large outsourced model, including the compilation, ongoing review, and maintenance of partner documentation such as insurances and industry-required accreditations, ensuring all records remain accurate and in date.     Key deliverables                        Responsible for the operational performance of our network partners, ensuring they deliver services in line with TKC expectations and agreed KPI'sResponsible for the commercial relationship with our network partners, including the negotiation of price increases in line with budget (or better) and resolving invoice queriesEnsuring the business has the appropriate coverage and quality of partners across the range of services offered to deliver a first-rate service on behalf our customers. This will include a regular and ongoing review of the partner network and consistent engagement with the TKC operational teams.Responsible for network partner compliance by ensuring we hold all required documentation and have in place sufficient and appropriate processes to always maintain up to date records of all partner documentationAs a line manager you will be responsible for all elements of team management within the Network team including performance managementEnsuring the Network team conduct regular face to face meetings with our partners to drive positive relations and conduct a regular cadence of partner audits to ensure our partners management and processes meet the service standards and our own expectationsResponsible for measuring partner performance using key performance metrics and conducting regular and meaningful performance reviews with our partner network to drive standards and address delivery concerns where identifiedTaken on the critical role as the key conduit in the business between TKC and our partner network. This will involve ensuring you are consistently engaging with our partners and taking on their feedback, as well engaging internally with various TKC teams to understand their challenges, concerns, and potential upcoming partner opportunities.Being the escalation point for network partner issues and taking ownership for the resolution of these issues Continuous improvement through digital transformation and analysis to drive efficiencies and service quality within the partner networkReporting to the Mobile Services Director on all matters relating to performance, compliance, and commercial
